Regal and elegant, the Petit Trianon Palace is the perfect abode for Sims wanting to have a taste of the royal life!
The Petit Trianon Palace is a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom mansion for your royal Sims! The design is based on the Petit Trianon building located in Versailles, France. Famous for being the residence of Queen Marie Antoinette!
--- THE EXTERIOR ---
Perfect classical proportions are the hallmark of this small yet stately palace. The central bay is defined by large two story columns. Grand arched doorways lead to the interior and large windows allow the French sunlight to flood into the interior. A small fountain precedes the house and a formal French garden create a subdued but stately surroundings.
--- LIST OF ROOMS ---
The palace features a well proportioned symmetrical layout. The hierarchy of spaces are evident in which public rooms are located on the ground level while the intimate private rooms are located on the upper level. Striking reds and browns make up the bulk of the color scheme, and intricately carved furniture and ornaments will undoubtedly impress any royal guest.

--- THE INTERIOR ---
The main living areas of the house are located on both the upper and the ground floor. The ground floor "great room" functions as the main reception and formal dining area. The drawing room on the second floor is a more intimate space for time alone with family members and close friends.
The second floor of the house is accessed through a grand "double" staircase fit for a regal procession. Numerous sitting areas are available in the hallways and anterooms. And a grand piano can be found in the music room adjacent the drawing room.
The kitchen is richly decorated with wooden cabinetry and granite floors and counter tops. A center island is perfect for casual meals. And the large arched windows offer splendid views of the surrounding woodlands of Willow Creek.
Unique to this house is the fact that the master bedroom is located on the ground floor, and comes with an en-suite bathroom. The master bed is bedecked with a grand canopy and the family's coat of arms. The children's room has ample space and is decorated with a light color scheme.
Two additional guest-bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. The first guest-bedrooms features a double bed while the second guest-bedroom features separate single beds. Both guest-bedrooms feature lavishly gilded furniture.
And finally, no great home would be complete without a selection of more than exquisite bathrooms. All of which feature large arched windows to allow in the sunlight and are richly appointed with only the best bathrooms amenities money can buy!
